Viennsky Conference Hall (31.5 sq.m.)
The conference hall is located on the 1st floor of the hotel. It is a bright hall with daylight and panoramic windows. The light in the room can be controlled: switch on the chandeliers or spotlight, or pull down the blinds. The hall is equipped with air conditioning and plasma screen. Equipment – projector and screen – is mobile and can be set at any place. Chamber hall allows to hold the event without the use of a microphone.

Full of natural light Moscowsky conference hall decorated in pastel beige colour is a perfect place for holding plenary sessions, conferences, negotiations, seminars, business events of any complexity.
You can arrange the registration of participants, coffee break, or buffet in the elegant Orange hall that is situated in front of the Conference room.
We also provide complimentary Wi-Fi connection in all of our public spaces.

Marco Polo Presnja Hotel provides meeting room (30 sq. meters) – Presidential Suite. In case of Theatre set-up style meeting room can accommodate 25 persons, in case of One Table set-up style - 10-12 persons. The rent cost of a meeting room is from 19 890 RUB per workday.
